Shipping Destinations & Logistics
We ship worldwide directly from Sweden using trusted global carriers, primarily UPS and DHL.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- Dispatch Schedule: We ship twice per week. Standard order processing takes up to 3 working days before dispatch from Sweden.
- Non-EU Export Processing: Export customs documentation for orders shipped outside the EU may add approximately 2 extra working days to standard handling time.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Terms
- Free Shipping (Europe): Free shipping within Europe applies when you combine a :HELM with a Lure Kit, or when your order total reaches €580 or more.
- Outside Europe: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination country and total package weight.
- EU Shipping: Prices shown at checkout for EU deliveries include local VAT and applicable duties. No extra fees apply on delivery.
- Non-EU Shipping (DAP): All orders shipped outside the EU—including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway—are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Checkout prices do not include destination import VAT or local customs duties. These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
- Flat Global Retail Pricing: We do not deduct EU VAT from the retail price for non-EU orders. The displayed price remains flat globally to help absorb international export paperwork and cross-border shipping costs.
Special Delivery Locations
If you require delivery to a remote island, marina, or port (especially outside mainland Europe), please contact us at support@fishhelm.com before placing your order so we can confirm delivery feasibility, accurate timelines, and custom costs in advance.
